(More customer reviews)OK, I wills start off by saying I should have taken the measurements into consideration more. This is a small chandelier - and not large enough to use as the centerpiece to any room.
But I love milk glass & wanted it for my guest bedroom, so I decided to order it anyways.
It's very cute - but not the quality I had hoped. There are plastic parts & the glass chandelier bits LOOK like plastic. They are not bevilled, as in traditional chandelier pieces.
The customer service was less than impressive - vendor told me it would take 6-8 weeks to deliver, as they are custom made to order --- tried to cancel the order & left a lot of voicemails, which weren't returned. Then suddenly, about 2 weeks in (while I was still trying to cancel the order) they told me it had already been shipped.
All in all, I'd like this product more if it had better quality components & were at least 50% larger. This would look adorable in a nursery or little girls' room.
But the customer service team needs work, and as such, I'd be hesitant to use this vendor again.
