(More customer reviews)Wow! I just had to make two back-to-back dishes of my Crepes Ensenada and needed to hurry doing it. So I made one full dish, cooled it, took it out, and without cleaning it first (I never would do that with any other dish!), baked another full dish. Yes, I had to use a scraper on it after it soaked, but it came out clean, without too much time spent doing it too. No scratches and lovely crepes to boot. The only thing about this dish is that, because of its size, one has to be very careful washing/rinsing it, so it is not banged in the sink. If banged, like glass, it may crack at a future date.
The color is a bit darker than the picture of the red Cherise and the yellow Citron dishes.
