(More customer reviews)I bought this because I saw it highly praised by reviewers on another website. I use it primarily for sauces, including Hollandaise Sauce. I wasn't disappointed.
It's very well constructed, especially considering the low price. It's the right size, the clear lid is handy, it's easy to clean, and the bottom half of the boiler can be used, with the lid, as an ordinary pot.
I've used it for about three months now and it has been ideal for my sauces.
